2027 Game Changer: NYA"s Ambassador Abbas Emerges ADP's Presidential Candidate



Founder  of the vibrant National Youth Alliance (NYA), a movement poised to ensuring that youth and women are accorded their rightful place in Nigeria's affairs,  Ambassador  Aliyu  Bin Abbas has been officially declared as the Presidential Candidate of the Action Democratic Party (ADP).



A statement by his SA Media and Publicity, Okpani Jacob Onjewu Dickson, said that he emerged on  May 30, 2026 from the ADP convention , held at the nation's capital Abuja.



It said the  results were announced  at  about 5:30am, on Saturday with the venue erupting in wild jubilation.



Ambassador Aliyu Bin Abbas, a  former aide to Atiku Abubakar and Youth President of the National Youth Alliance, in his remarks, said a new dawn is set in Nigeria with his emergence.

"This milestone represents more than a political victory; it signifies the emergence of a new generation of leadership committed to national renewal, inclusive governance, economic transformation, and the empowerment of Nigerian youths.



"As Nigeria stands at a defining moment in its history, this development signals the beginning of a movement driven by hope, patriotism, and a collective determination to build a nation that works for all. It is a call to every Nigerian—regardless of ethnicity, religion, region, or political background—to unite behind a common vision of progress, justice, prosperity, and national greatness," he said.





According to him, the journey towards a stronger, more prosperous, and more united Federal Republic of Nigeria begins now.



"A new movement, a new direction, a new Nigeria is set," he assured.

NGO Supports Women, Youth in Kaduna With ₦500,000 To Boost Livelihoods For Peaceful Living.

In a bid to improve the livelihoods of vulnerable women and youth, a Non-Governmental Organisation, Global Peace Foundation Nigeria, in collaboration with Global Peace Women Nigeria, has disbursed the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Naira to five cooperative societies in Zikpak Chiefdom, Jema'a Local Government Area, Kaduna State. Presenting the cheque on Tuesday in Kafanchan to the Agwam Fantswam II, Dr. Josiah Kantiok, who, in turn, handed it over to the beneficiaries, the Country Director of Global Peace Foundation Nigeria, Rev. John Joseph Hayab, said the gesture aims to enhance the income levels of the benefiting groups.
